A Note From Me

I've officially opened our doors for the soft opening—and now about 20 days in since welcoming our very first customer.

I just want to say… thank you. Truly.

To everyone who has come in, shared kind words, brought a friend, or simply supported from afar—this space is growing because of you. I could not do this without this community.

As I move into the end of March, I’m excited to share that our handcrafted beverages are here and ready to be enjoyed. If you’ve been curious, this is the perfect time to come in, sip something new, and experience the space as it continues to unfold.

Spring is just beginning to whisper its way in… and here at Gnomies, we’re celebrating with our April Featured Beverages—crafted to reflect that “barely blooming” magic of the season.

First Bloom Lemonades

Our First Bloom Lemonades celebrate the quiet return of spring—fresh citrus, herbs, and botanicals crafted to awaken the senses. Light, playful, and rooted in nature—just like Gnomies.

Blush & Bloom LemonadeA soft floral awakening—hibiscus, rose, pomegranate, and orange citrus come together like the first blush of spring.

Dandelion DaydreamA gentle nod to wild spring fields—soft, nostalgic, and quietly bright. Dandelion tea, honey, lemon zest, spring water… and the rest is pure enjoyment.

Garden AwakeningFresh herbs and citrus wake up the senses—like stepping into a garden that’s just beginning to grow. Muddled thyme, mint, ginger, and a splash of light bubbles.

Fairy GodfatherPathfinder botanical bitters and toasted almond Amaretti meet fresh orange and sparkling seltzer. Finished with orange and cherry for a smooth, citrus-kissed sip—with just a hint of nostalgic warmth… and of course, a little sparkle.

Plus- I have a selection of prepackaged beverages that are sure delight. From flavored sparkling goods, to deliciously made creations from our collaborating vendors. I also have a selection of spirit free mixers at the front of the cafe- for you to take home and enjoy your own creative mixing. oh, and let me also say- I have samples happening most days as people get familar with the dry bar concept!

What’s Next at Gnomies

I am currently working on building out my coffee and bakery offerings. Equipment is on its way, and we’re taking the time to thoughtfully get everything in place.

Good things take time… and I’m learning to be patient with the process (and with myself).
