Chef Riedl will walk you through the basics of creating a beautiful charcuterie board—from choosing cheeses, meats and accompaniments to balancing flavors, colors and textures. Learn simple professional tricks for folding meats, cutting and arranging cheeses, filling awkward spaces, adding height and creating those little details that make a board look abundant and beautiful.

And because every great board deserves a great drink, we'll also head behind the bar to explore mocktail pairing. Learn how sweet, tart, bitter, herbal and bubbly flavors can complement different foods, and create a zero-proof drink to enjoy alongside your board.
